Grief
is intense sorrow caused by the loss of a loved one.
Grief may manifest itself in emotional and/or physical
distress and may affect family members in different ways
at different times. Some persons may resolve grief with
time and their own resources, while others may require
formal assistance and support over an extended period of
time.
If you are not sleeping well, not taking care of your
health,
or generally not feeling yourself...up to and including
feeling very depressed -- it is important that you get
proper medical or psychological help. We also provide the
following links to grief-related web sites that offer explanation
